We are moving towards zero waste production through efficiency, partnerships with recycling plants, composting and waste recovery. Composting our wood and sawdust allows us to return nutrients to the soil and benefit local organic agriculture.

Transforming the sleep industry

We are moving from a linear consumption model towards a new circular rest industry, inspired by the replacement of mattresses and bed bases, through our recycling service available at the time of each purchase in CIC stores and cic.cl

We return nutrients to the soil

We are taking advantage of 100% of our wood and sawdust waste generated in the production of furniture at our Chillán Plant, next to the Rimat composting plant, to contribute to the Ñuble Region with the fertilizer necessary to nourish organic agriculture, recover green areas and cultivate native trees.

Focus on regeneration

Compost provides nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, which help reduce soil erosion and retain moisture, especially during times of drought.

We eco-design our circular packaging

Through alliances with our mattress and bed base packaging suppliers, we transformed a design based on linear production into one that incorporates 30% of original plastic collected from our customers and 100% collection of plastic waste in our finishing workshop.
