Together with the Municipality of Maipú we renewed the collaboration agreement of our ReCICla Descanso program, with which we have already recycled more than 4,400 beds and mattresses free of charge for all its residents, and we are going for more.

In our furniture factory we compost 100% of the wood trimmings and sawdust to return them as nutrients to the soil, benefiting local organic agriculture in the Ñuble Region.

Growing in balance with the environment

We honor CIC's century-old history by moving toward zero-emission production with a positive environmental impact. That's why we use 100% renewable electricity in our plants, we certify the production of bases and mattresses according to the ISO 14001 environmental standard , we compost 100% of organic waste in furniture production, and we are part of the Huella Chile Program to quantify and reduce our carbon footprint.
